Frequently asked questions about personalised Mugs

1. What is “the front” of a printed mug?

When giving the imprint position on mugs, we usually say “on the front” or “on the back”. We base this on the fact that most people use the right hand as their dominant hand and hold the mug with their right hand. If you do this, the side you see is the front, the opposite side the back. This means, if you want most drinkers to see the imprint use the front imprint, if the imprint should more be seen by the person that faces the “drinker” then choose back.

2. Can I get mugs with photo?

Yes, ofc that is possible. To print pictures or logos with gradient colors, you can chose the Full Color imprint. You can easily filter all mugs with this imprint possibility via the left hand filter in the overview.

3. Can I put my custom mug in a dishwasher?

That is possible with most mugs in our assortment and usually stated in the “dishwasher safe” part of the features. The dishwasher safety is based on normal dishwashers as used in households and not with the stronger industrial dishwashers. However, this only states generally if the mug is dishwasher save. Generally all imprints are done with the greatest care and in the best lasting way. However, depending on the imprint method, the washing detergent and the heat you use in the machine but also how much UV light reaches the imprint the colors can wear out over time.

4. How do I see if a custom mug fits under a coffee machine?

You can be sure if the height of a mug is below or equal to 10.5 cm that it fits under most of the commercially available coffee machines. You find the height of most of our mugs in the features below the description.

5. Can I print mugs with names?
