AWARE™ guarantees that genuine recycled fabric materials (70% rCotton and 30% rPET) have been used and that the water reduction claims are correct. This is done through disruptive physical tracers and blockchain technology. So you're proven to save water and use real recycled fabrics when you choose an Impact item. With this bag you already save between 562 and 641 liters of water. 2% of the revenue from each Impact product sold are also donated to Water.org. Water saving claims are based on numbers compared to traditional fibers. This calculated figure is based on reliable LCA data published by Textile Exchange in their 2016 Material Snapshots.
