• Description

  This traditional wok from Orrefos Jernverk has a round bottom making it easier to prepare vegetables and meat in the pan. The shape of the wok also provides unique properties. The narrow bottom has a high temperature while it is cooler higher at the edges. In this way, what is on the bottom of the pan is cooked at a very different speed and intensity than what is thrown to the edges. The wok pan comes with a stainless steel lid to keep the food warm. You can cook delicious dishes in this wok and why not put it on the grill? The possibilities are endless! Suitable for all heat sources.
