  The Tara santoku knife, made from RCS-certified recycled stainless steel offers both style and versatility. The santoku knife’s blade with scalloped indentations helps to reduce food sticking to the blade, ensuing in smoother cutting and slicing. Crafted from high-quality 5Cr15Mov stainless steel, these knives boast exceptional durability and performance. The beautiful pakkawood handle provides a comfortable and secure grip, while the superb balance in the blade ensures ease of use. Size: 25.6 cm (blade 14 cm). Hand wash only to ensure a long life. Certified by RCS (Recycled Claim Standard), RSC certification guarantees that the entire supply chain of recycled materials is certified. The total recycled content is based on the overall product weight. This product contains 24% RCS-certified recycled stainless steel.
