    Digital printing can be compared to the technique of a printer. By using minuscule ink droplets, the image is sprayed onto the product. The print is dried immediately meaning in can be taken into use quickly. Full colour designs can be created using digital print. The best way to do this is by using CMYK colour values. When using PMS, the colour may vary.

The colour of the engraving is dependent on the materials and the underlayer of the material as the laser removes the top layer making the underlayer visible.
