    UV High Gloss

    In this printing technique, the articles are pre-treated by heat and printed in a closed machine with environmentally friendly inks (all round). After printing a colour, the article and the print are illuminated with UV light, ensuring good adhesion of the print. The advantages of this modern printing technique are bright (PMS/Pantone) colours, environmentally-friendly, high print quality, large all-round printing area, dishwasher-proof and all pantone colours can be achieved. Colours such as magenta and cyan can also be printed on ceramic products, even if they are dark in colour. It is also possible to print with grids and simple full-colour motifs. UV High Gloss is suitable for cylindrical products made of glass, metal, plastic, porcelain or ceramics.

    UV High Gloss Flex

    The UV High Gloss Flex technology is based on the use of UV varnishes that harden under UV light and create a shiny, flexible surface. The print has a high color brilliance and excellent resistance. The “Flex” component in “High Gloss Flex” refers to the flexible nature of the UV varnish once cured, which is particularly useful for materials that are bent, folded or applied to uneven surfaces.

    laser engraving

    Laser engraving is a technique that uses laser beams to engrave the print into the material, which creates depth in the material. We use computer-controlled lasers that engrave precisely. The colour of the engraving is dependent on the materials and the underlayer of the material as the laser removes the top layer making the underlayer visible. Please keep in mind that the colour may vary with laser engraving on natural products like bamboo
