We will process your case as soon as we have received all the information from you, and contact you within 2 working days to suggest a solution.
If the products are damaged or not working, we will repair or replace them with new products within the warranty period or provide monetary compensation in some circumstances. If the products are no longer available, we will find another solution you are happy with.
Please note the following matters in connection with complaints:
Products with print cannot be returned. If the products are not delivered according to the approved print proof, we ask you to notify us immediately. Then we will find a suitable solution in consultation.
Products without print can be returned within 14 days. This does not apply to sample orders. The products can only be returned in the original packaging. We ask you to contact us prior to the return so that it can be agreed how you can best return the products to us. Return costs are non-refundable.
