PRODUCTION TIME of (printed) business gifts and promotional items

You have ordered printed business gifts or promotional items. When can you expect your order?
Once your artwork has been submitted and we have received your order, you will receive a digital print proof within 24 hours. The production time begins once you have approved your print proof.  The despatch date on your order confirmation will be advised. This does not include the transportation time from our distribution centre.
If you require your order by a certain date, please mention this to us at the time of ordering and where possible we will ensure your delivery date is met. If the desired date is not feasible, we will contact you.

Shipping time of packages and pallets
The average shipping time for standard packages is 1-2 working days and pallets 3-4 working days.

Items without imprint and sample requests placed before 12.00 pm will be shipped the same day for a next working day delivery.
