Our processes are optimized with more than 75 years of experience, and are constantly adapting to ensure that your order is exactly as you want it. We ensure this, among other things, by:

• Purchase directly from the manufacturers and only choose products that meet our strict quality requirements
• Send you free digital print proofs before production starts, so you can see for yourself and check that the print is as it should be

Contact us if you have problems with your order

If you are not satisfied with the product or the print, we ask you to notify us within 3 working days at the latest. Call us on 1850 812 813 or write to [email protected].

We'll need the following information from you:

• Order number
• Description of what you are not happy with
• Pictures of the products and / or the print that clearly show the problem

We will process your case as soon as we have received all the information from you, and contact you within 2 working days to suggest a solution.

If the products are damaged or not working, we will repair or replace them with new products within the warranty period or provide monetary compensation in some circumstances. If the products are no longer available, we will find another solution you are happy with.

Conditions

Please note the following matters in connection with complaints:

• not valid for objections received later than 3 working days after delivery has taken place
• not valid for spelling and setup errors that the customer has pre-approved, i.e. digital print proof
• does not apply to a product's general quality level if the customer has failed to use our sample service
• not applicable to size distributions on textile orders

Returns

Products with print cannot be returned. If the products are not delivered according to the approved print proof, we ask you to notify us immediately. Then we will find a suitable solution in consultation.

Products without print can be returned within 180 days. This does not apply to sample orders. The products can only be returned in the original packaging. We ask you to contact us prior to the return so that it can be agreed how you can best return the products to us. Return costs are non-refundable. Payment options

Place your order easily and safely online with IGO Promo. You can choose from the following payment options*:

Credit card
You can complete your order using Visa or MasterCard. Enter your credit card details when completing your order.

Pay by invoice
Business customers have the option to choose post payment. You will receive an invoice once the order has been dispatched. You then have 30 days to pay the invoice.

You will receive a digital print proof within 24 hours for your approval, as soon as your order is registered.
