Do you want to see, feel and test a product before buying? Order a sample!The sample is free, as long as the order does not exceed €5, or if you within 14 days place a full order on the product.
Conditions
A product with a unit price under €5 or an order where the total order amount does not exceed €5 will be shipped for free. If the sample order exceeds €5 you will be charged the sample unit price(s).
Please note, samples aren't sent for free to private consumers.
Repeated sample orders within 5 days of the first one being placed are considered as one big sample order and will if necessary be invoiced. We reserve our right to reject customers acting in bad faith by taking advantage of our free samples.
If you are not happy with your sample, just let us know and we will find you a great alternative that suits you better. If you end up not completing the order, we will simply ask you to pay the invoice for the sample. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return sample products.
