    Ceramic transfer

    Ceramic transfer is a special form of transfer printing. In this process, transfer sheets are provided with a screen print using special ceramic inks. With screen print transfer, the print is applied to the transfer paper colour by colour using the screen print technique. The printed transfer sheets are then cut to size and applied to porcelain, earthenware and various glassware. The products then go into the oven and the logo is burned in at a temperature of between 500 and 1300 °C. The result? - A dishwasher-proof print.

    faux etch

    Imitation etching is used for glass. The logo or text is printed by means of screen printing with a special transparent/white paint on transfer paper (heat release). After drying, a second printing pass is used to apply a cover coat. This cover coat ensures that all logo and text parts are simultaneously included during the transfer to the glass. During the burning of the transfer, the cover coat disappears due to the heat.

    CO2 laserengraving

    Laser engraving is a technique that uses laser beams to engrave the print into the material, which creates depth in the material. We use computer-controlled lasers that engrave precisely. With the CO² laser technique, different materials can be engraved in great detail. These include engraving on stone, glass, plastic, ceramics, leather and various types of wood. The colour of the engraving is dependent on the materials and the underlayer of the material as the laser removes the top layer making the underlayer visible.

    Ceramic pad print

    Pad printing is an indirect form of printing where the ink is transferred by means of a silicone printing tampon. The great advantage of this printing technique is that the pad is flexible and adapts to the object to be printed. It is therefore possible to print on curved, hollow and differently shaped surfaces, among other things.
